•CASH payments are recommended and checks will NOT be accepted
•A transaction fee is applied to all credit & debit card purchases (visa, discover, master-card & amex credit cards)
•We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries which occur on the property of the sale
•Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
•No public restrooms
•No food, beverages, or smoking allowed on premises or near the entrance door and No littering please.
• Shoe covers will be available and must be worn on carpeted areas. We appreciate your respect of the property.
• Customers are responsible for transporting and moving the purchased item(s) at the time of sale Please be prepared with moving blankets tie downs and the proper manpower to carefully remove your purchases without any damage to the property.
• Unfortunately, We can't load your purchases into your car/vehicle. .
• We may have Professional movers to assist with transport. This service would be available for additional fees. (Prices vary based on size and location).
•The Cashier or staff members can use discretion to change pricing or refuse sale of items if price stickers have been tampered with, switched or removed. Shoplifters will be prosecuted.
•No early entrance-doors will open at 9:00 am each day of the sale.
