Thank you for your interest in our estate sale! Please read the following before attending:
Payment: We accept cash or Venmo only. No checks or credit/debit cards.
All Sales Final: No returns, exchanges, refunds, or warranties. All items are sold as-is, where-is.
First Come, First Served: We cannot hold items before or during the sale unless they have been paid for in full.
Please Inspect Items: Buyers are responsible for inspecting all items prior to purchase.
Bring Help for Large Items: Buyers are responsible for loading and transporting their purchases. Please bring adequate help for heavy or bulky items.
Pickup of Large Purchases: Large items must be removed by the agreed-upon time during the sale unless prior arrangements have been made.
Enter at Your Own Risk: By entering the property, you assume all responsibility for your safety. The estate, homeowners, and sale organizers are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost or stolen personal belongings.
Please Be Respectful: We ask that all attendees respect the home, neighbors, and fellow shoppers. Children must remain with an adult at all times.
No Public Restrooms: Restroom facilities are not available.
Prices: We reserve the right to adjust pricing and make corrections if necessary.
Shoplifting: Theft will be reported to local law enforcement.
