!!!PLEASE READ!! Parking is LIMITED to the street ONLY! The parking spaces behind the condos are for loading and drop off only! Please do not block mail boxes and be courteous of the neighbors. ALSO: A neighbor will be handing out street numbers for the sale. Please look for her. She will be up and about around 6am-6:30am. Dates

-Cash and credit/debit card accepted (with fee)
- Enter and exit through designated areas only
- We will NOT be passing out street numbers. We will let people in by the order they are lined up outside of the entrance.
-No early access or presale of items in the sale.
- Please bring help to move larger items. We may be able to assist if we are not busy, but do not rely on it.
- All purchased items must be removed before 4pm on the final sale day (or they will be donated with no refund)
- There are absolutely no refunds or exchange of purchased items. Please check all of your items before you purchase them. We do not offer guarantees on any item.
- We are not responsible for any injury, loss of or damage to personal property.
- Please be courteous of the neighbors and be mindful of where you park.

Saturday will be FULL STICKER PRICE on all items. (NO DISCOUNT)
Sunday will be 50% off. Everything priced over $1(Some exclusions may apply)
