Movers and Shakers, LLC will not be responsible for any injuries, accidents or illnesses that may occur on or near the estate sale property before/during/or after the sale. You enter at your own risk.
All sales are final with no returns or exchanges allowed. All items will be sold "as is and where is" with no guarantees expressed or implied. All items are sold on a first come - first serve basis. We 9reserve the right to refuse entrance and to sell to anyone upon our discretion. We reserve the right to change the prices of the items for sale at any time.
We are asking that you do not bring any large purses, bags, or backpacks into the sale. We will ask you to leave them in your car during your shopping spree. We reserve the right to look into your bag, box, etc. on your way OUT.
Estate sale staff will not be available for heavy lifting or loading of furniture. We can offer a list of independent moving companies. All purchased items must be picked up by 4:00 on last day of sale. We have limited packing and boxes available. Thank you.
The family will be removing all jewelry and valuables from the estate at the end of each sale day.
We do not give any prices via text, phone or email , so please do not write or call and ask. Thank you.
