General prices are posted on our General Main Price Board which is typically placed in a location near the cashier. There is also additional Price Sheets posted throughout the house. For any questions or inquiries of prices not list on posted Price Sheets, please ask the cashier for prices.

@ NO FOOD IS ALLOWED AT THE SALE - PLEASE LEAVE YOU DRINKS IN YOUR CAR.

@ We close at 3 PM. Please arrive in plenty of time to shop. We do stop letting in new customers at 2:45PM. You will need to be waiting in line at the checkout by 3 PM.

@ We will have limited bags and wrapping material at many of our sales. Please bring your own bags and packaging as we may not be able to supply these with your purchases.

@ MAKE SURE CHILDREN STAY WITH AN ADULT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS OR INJURY.

@ Cashier / Sunshine Estate Sales has the RIGHT / Discretion to adjust final prices on any item or the refusal of selling any items for any reason.

@ We use security cameras that are placed through out the house with a recorded live feed. You agree upon entering the sale and shopping to be recorded. Shoplifting will NOT be tolerated. You will be banned from shopping at our sales and we do prosecute shoplifters to the full extent.

@ We DO NOT carry, move or help load items into your car. Please bring someone who can assist you in moving and loading your items.

@ Street numbers are honored. We DO NOT pass out numbers. Please look for the customer who is passing out numbers.

@ Please NO PHONE CALLS, TEXTS OR EMAILS asking us on prices, condition, sizes, measurements etc !! WE DO NOT have this information so please do not ask. You will need to visit the sale to get any information about items. Thank you for your understanding.
