PAYMENT: Payments Accepted are Cash, Tap to Pay, Credit/Debit Cards - No Checks/Money Orders will be accepted.
WARRANTY AND CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. This sale is to the business community as "inventory" without any implied or expressed warranty.
Buyers are responsible for their own removal of purchased items. Any item NOT picked up by the set time of closing will be considered abandoned. Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Purchases will be released upon presentation of a paid receipt. Please ensure that movers or anyone picking up items on your behalf have your paid receipt at the pickup location. No items will be released without a paid receipt.
Pratt Liquidations reserves the right to add or remove items from the sale.
Liability: Pratt Liquidations, LLC and Seller's liability shall be limited to the refund of bidders purchase price.

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR YOUR ITEMS, EVEN IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP.
Buyers are responsible for removal of all items purchased. You must bring all required manpower to remove equipment from the storage unit properly and safely. Buyers are Responsible for Any/All Damage Caused to the Unit During Removal.
Please Be Advised: This Auction Has A Staggered Ending Time; 3 Items End Every Minute Starting at 8pm. The Closing Time of An Item is Automatically Extended an Additional 5 Minutes Whenever a Bid is Placed Within 5 Minutes of the Item Closing Time.
There is a 20% Buyers Premium on ALL Purchases. Buyers Who Pay Cash will Receive 50% Off the Buyers Premium. This Discount will be Deducted from the Total Amount Due Shown on the Invoice.
