We accept Cash, all sales are final, sold as is with No Returns, refunds or exchanges, so please inspect all items carefully. Enter the home at your own risk, not responsible for accidents/injuries. Street numbers will be honored with a signup sheet on clipboard posted by garage the night before sale. Please no Shopping bags in the sale however, some boxes will be provided under tables.
All items must be removed on the day of the sale, please bring help for lifting heavy Furniture and removal to your vehicles. This is only a single driveway in front of the house of a subdivision. Street parking is fine in front of the residence, please Do not block other homes driveways and please be respectful of Neighbors.
