• We accept cash, major chip-enabled credit and debit cards (no surcharge), and checks with valid photo identification.
• All items will be sold AS IS on a first-come, first-served basis; all sales are final – no refunds or exchanges.
• Enter sale site at your own risk. Not responsible for harm, injury or loss to attendees of this sale, or for accidents to people or things.
• Due to the large amount of fragile items, we respectfully request that you use your best judgement before bringing young children with you.
• No food/drink or smoking in the house.
• We regret that we will not be able to assist with large/heavy items. To assist buyers, we will accommodate scheduled appointments to pick up your treasures through Sunday, August 19.
• Many items will not be on site until the morning of the sale.
• Due to the volume of items, we cannot disclose specific items or prices in advance.
• Family reserves the right to reclaim items at any time prior to the sale. If you are traveling a long distance for a specific item, please feel free to contact us during the week prior to the sale to ensure its availability.
