PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE NO SIGN UP SHEET!! I am tired of dealing with the problems having a sign up sheet causes due to some people not following rules so we will no longer be using one. When you arrive simply form a single file line and you will be let in on a first come first serve basis. Bring Help to Load Large Items, Not Responsible for Accidents, CASH & Credit Card accepted. Description & Details

The weather was not in our favor for the first day of our sale, bad for us but good for you! Sales were way down and 90% of the items are still in the house. This is your chance to get first day items at 2nd day 50% off prices. Don't miss out! The weather looks good and the roads are completely  clear, we also have ample off road parking that is plowed and had a good chance to melt off. It is going to be too cold to do anything else so get out and come see us.

GPS is wrong, depending on what you use it takes you too far west on Colby Rd. The location is just east of Mount Hope Rd on the south side. If you use a Garmin it will take you to the sale but says it is on the north side. I have added a map as the 2nd picture with the correct location pinned.
