Numbers will be handed out at 9am first day only. Only 20 allowed at once in house, we will be doing a one out one in system. 10 in garage out back

We like cash but if you need to pay by credit card it's a minimum of $10.00 and we do charge an extra 5%, NO CHECKS. You are responsible for removable of items, all items must be removed by date provided, bring boxes and paper for glassware. Please bring help to load any heavy items and tools if you need to take item apart.

Put items in assigned area to be held, at this sale it will be in the house garage behind check out. We will have an employee to help you.

Do not pull tags or put sold on items (worker will take care of this for you)

No bags or pets allowed

First day, No negotiations , (full price)

Last day half off on most items
