We are not responsible for any accidents, slips, trips, falls etc. Enter at your own risk. We do not move or load heavy items so please bring your own muscle. Please bring your own boxes if you plan to buy a lot.

We do accept street numbers so look for the person handing them out. If you're first and hand out street numbers, please don't park in front of mailboxes or trash cans.

Cash is king! We do accept credit/debit, Venmo, Cash app...etc. with a 3% fee.

Please make sure children stay with an adult at all times. All sales are final. No refunds or returns. Please test items prior to purchase. Bring your own boxes as we don't have any on hand.

Please don't call and ask me model numbers, measurements, age, condition, etc. I am not available to locate such things.
