You know we have to get the rules out of the way before we get onto the fun things, so here we go:

1)  There is NO PUBLIC RESTROOM available at this sale, please plan accordingly.

2)  Certain areas of the house will be closed off to the public.  So please pay attention to the signs.  If the sign says DO NOT ENTER NOTHING FOR SALE IN THIS AREA, please leave the door closed.  Let's not make this weird.

3)  You will be responsible for the removal of all items from the home, including furniture.  Should you require assistance please bring help with you to move items out of the house.  But sorry at this sale, we do not have any personnel that is going to be able to carry items out of the house.

4)  This is going to be a simply remarkable Estate Sale, and we are excited to bring it to you.

5)  Please be respectful of the pricing, we price items to sell.  We do discounts, according to what the Estate wants, again please respect the Estates decision, and the fact that we are under contract with the Estate.  If you continue to pressure us for additional discounts, above what is advertised, your items will be returned to the sales floor.

6)  Any altering of prices, for example, removing or switching price tags, will result in criminal prosecution.

 

Dearborn Michigan, land of Ford Motor Company, where Henry Ford changed the history of travel forever and ever.  When the first car rolled off the production line, you could have any color you wanted, as long as it was black.  Dearborn Michigan, Automotive capital of the world.

But your not here for some history lesson, your here for some amazing shopping, and incredible deals.  As always, we got you covered.  This is our first venture into Dearborn, and we could not be more excited about this sale.

This cozy home is simply packed with all kinds of treasures, indoors and outdoors too.  Take a look at all the pictures that you see.  All those wonderful cement yard art (trip hazards) are remarkable and vintage and one of a kind originals.  And we have lots of them to offer too.

Toys, we have the toys, and more than we thought that we would ever have.  Batman, Robin, the Joker, and all the accessories that you would need, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, G.I. Joe, Power Rangers, Matchbox and Hot Wheels, Barbie's, and lots and lots of Marvel Characters.  Play sets and carrying cases as well.  Boxes bins and lots, filled with all kinds of toys, from all the greatest Marvel, and DC Characters, and Stan Lee's creative mind as well.

We have some incredible furniture as well, some newer, some a little older, and some vintage like the Duncan and Fife set that we have, along with a sideboard, and beautiful hutch as well.

We have a very nice collection of vintage ashtrays, and more.  A small collection of comics, covering X-Men, and great collector comics as well, all in good condition (we are not pros at putting a number on comics for conditions, put we have the knowledge to understand what these comics are worth).

Build a table, or build a sewing cabinet, are always fun projects for the family to do over the holidays as well.  Educator toys and materials too.

Carpenters, finished carpenters, and trim workers.  We have a lot of vintage wood, ornamental and moldings available for sale as well as some vintage doors doors as well.  As far as we can tell these trim pieces are from around the time the home was built circa 1944 ish.  Everything is flat and up in the rafters of the garage, bring a ladder and a buddy to get what you need.  All boards and trim pieces, are $2 each, and does not matter the length.  Each board and trim piece is only $2 each, no matter what cut size shape or trim.

Lots of great University of Michigan collectibles too, banners, a jersey, ornaments and more.

Tons and tons of electronic, and yes, all in good working condition.

If your a collector, and looking to fill in your collection, then this sale will probably have you covered.  We are so proud that this clean and smoke free and pet free home, is just packed with the most outstanding items that we have to offer.
