Our Next Sale will only honor street numbers. Our Next Sale will not be responsible for passing out street numbers. The first person who arrives stays and passes out numbers. Again, Our Next Sale will not be passing out numbers.
We will limit the number of customers in at a time.
It is your responsibility to verify all items to be what you expect them to be, all sales are final. You must have item and or price in hand when purchasing items. You will need to bring help to load large items. We are not responsible for any accidents when attending any of our estate sales, you agree to enter at your own risk and hold harmless Our Next Sale LLC if any and all liability of every kind. Our Next Sale LLC is not responsible for you in any way, shape or form as result of you attending any of our sales. Again, enter at your own risk.
We do not quote prices over the phone or via email. No pre-selling at this sale.
By entering our sale you consent to be videotaped, premises has security camera's, no large hand bags, food or drinks.
Items may not be in the original spot the photos were taken from.

Join us for a beautiful, clean estate sale in Dearborn!
Located in the exclusive Fairlane Woods community — entrance off Hubbard Drive.
Our staff will be at the gate at 8:30 AM to let you in. PLEASE DO NOT COME THEOUGH THE GATE UNTIL WE ARRIVE.
If you arrive before then, the first person to arrive will be responsible for passing out numbers out side of the gate.
Important:
Whoever arrives first, please park along the side away from the gate to hand out numbers and stay until we arrive to take over.
