The estate has requested that this be a CASH ONLY sale. All sales are final. All items sold as-is. No returns, exchanges or warranties. No large handbags or containers can be brought into the sale.
Numbers will be given out the morning of the sale. We honor street numbers but you must be present to exchange with our numbers. One number, one person. We will begin the exchange at 8:30. There will be a limited number of people permitted to enter the house at one time.
We are not responsible for accidents, enter the premises at your own risk. Please be responsible for the behavior and safety of your children. Our employees do not carry or move heavy furniture or other large items purchased from the sale. It is the buyer's responsibility to arrange for help and all items must be removed by the end of the sale. Also, please respect the client's home and the neighbors, do not park in front of driveways.
Sorry, no early birds and no prices will be given out prior to the sale.
Ziggy and Katie, LLC does not hold ownership of the items displayed or listed in the description. The family can remove an item at any time prior to the sale.
