Our team is very excited to be presenting the fantastic collection of a family located in Delton, accumulated over a half-century of living in the same home! The owner taught watch repair at the Michigan Veteran's Vocational School, which is now known as the Michigan Career and Technical Institute, located on Pine Lake. Their amazing collection of wall clocks, wrist watches, stop watches, pocket watches, mantle clocks, repair parts, and tools comes from the homeowners approximately 75 years involvement in the education of watch building and repair. There are literally hundreds of timepieces, dozens of amazing wall and mantle clocks from the past 150+ years, repair parts from a dozen companies or more, plus vintage and antique tools used in the watch repair industry. There are also several small watch part cabinets, along with a 6 foot tall wooden cabinet with dozens of small drawers, as well as a jewelers desk with multiple drawers and pull out surfaces. These pieces were all used by the homeowner at his shop at MVVS.
Also included in the estate are lots of antiques, vintage decor items, furniture, household and kitchen items, plus a two-stall garage loaded with antique and vintage tools, outboard motors, vintage fishing poles and reels, gas and oil items, plus lots of other treasures!
Check out our complete photo gallery with 400+ pictures of this phenomenal estate! You won't be disappointed...so make sure your plans include a stop or two. Sale will run Thursday, June 23 and Friday, June 24! We'll see you all there!
