- Enter and exit through designated areas only
- We will NOT be passing out street numbers, we will let people in by the order they are lined up outside of the entrance.
PLEASE NOTE: There are 2 buildings with items for sale. We will open both buildings at the same time and allow as many people in as we can safely fit.
- Please bring help to move larger items. We may be able to assist if we are not busy, but do not rely on it.
- All purchased items must be removed before 4pm on the final sale day (or they will be donated with no refund)
- There are absolutely no refunds or exchange. Please check all of your items before you purchase them. We do not offer guarantees on any item.
- We are not responsible for any injury, loss of or damage to personal property.
- Please be courteous of the neighbors and be mindful of where you park.
Friday is FULL STICKER PRICE on all items.
Saturday will be 25% off and Sunday will be 50% off. Please note that there maybe a few items that won't be sold for less than a certified amount.
The sale will be held in The Whitney's carriage house ground floor and the building directly behind The Whitney (60 W Canfield street). Both buildings will be open to the public with items marked for sale.
Street numbers will NOT be handed out at this sale. We will let people into the buildings in the order that they are lined up. Both buildings will be opened at the same time for the public to enter. If you are looking for specific items please ask a sales associate which building it is located in. All sales associates will be wearing black shirts with our logo on them.
