We recently purchased the house where this sale is happening so we can have a place for homeless families with children. We give each homeless family we help anywhere from a few months to upwards of a year to save up for their own place. In this case, we also bought the contents of the house to help the house transaction go quickly and smoothly. We decided to sell the items ourselves.   God blessed us richly in that we found many MANY items to sell. The proceeds go directly back into our house fund to buy another house nearby for the ministry. We are not a registered non profit and therefore cannot accept donations that will allow a tax write off. We simply wait for God to bless us ... And HE always does so... In HIS time.

We have around 500 items and most are vintage/antique. Items include but are not limited to books. magazines, newspaper articles, dishes, pottery and glass items, jewelry and watches, lighters, cannon ball, old hydraulic jack, Televisions, radios, sewing machine, ironing machine, butcher block, refrigerators, bedroom sets, dining set, kitchen table, chandeliers, furs, clothes, shoes, hats, travel trunks, luggage, leather couch and chair, end tables, coffee tables, lounge chair, paintings and prints, kitchen appliances, salon appliances, cash register, crocks, manual lawn mower, vanities, etc...there is something for most everything. There really aren't any tools except the jack and mower.

OPEN HOUSE: We will have an open house for viewing all items up for sale. The open house will be by appointment. We will not do showings on Sundays. We will be available most other days from 9am-7pm. We must be able to go home at 7pm because we have babies. Appointments can start Wednesday October 10th and go through Wednesday. Oct. 31st. The online sale ends November 3rd.

SORRY BUT NO CHILDREN ALLOWED!!! there are breakables and things easy to lose so we must insist that you don't bring anybody under 18 with you to the appointments for showings... Thank You

Returns: All sales will be final. There will be NO returns. Please look closely at pictures and/or come view the items at an open house before bidding.

Shipping: LOCAL PICKUP ONLY! We will NOT ship any items. Therefore all bidders must be within a reasonable driving distance. We reserve the right to remove any and all bidders and their bids that we feel are too far away.

We will be open for pickups at certain times during the week after the auction ends. We will communicate with each winner to set this up. There will be NO PICKUPS AFTER Saturday November 10th unless there are extenuating circumstances. We need to clear the house out to get it ready for homeless families.
