YOU MUST PLAN TO MOVE FURNITURE BY YOURSELF. All purchases must be removed by 1:00 PM on Saturday.

We will gladly accept “Street Numbers” as long as there is not conflict or confusion.
If there is a problem, we will pass out new numbers and we will decide the order of who get in.. You must be in line when your number is called. If you are not inline when your number is called you will have to get a new number and go to the end of the line. Pick ups of larger items will be at the back delivery entrance. The Sale is located in a High Rise Co-Op Apartment; it is located in Downtown Detroit on East Jefferson. .
Because of time constraints, this will be a 3-day weekday sale.
