Nostalgia Estate sales are always conducted with our customers in mind. There are procedures we follow to ensure a positive experience:
All Sales Final. No Previews or Pre-sales. No street numbers honored. First come first serve only. Doors open at 10am. We Cash, Visa/MC/Disc/Amex/ accepted (a service fee will apply to all charges ) No Refunds, Exchanges, Guarantees or Warranties. Please check all items before purchase.
ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY 2 PM the last day of the sale. We are not responsible for any item(s) left on the premises. The staff of Nostalgia do not assist customers in moving items. Please arrange for your own assistance. Nostalgia can recommend moving companies, if needed.. NO PRICING WILL BE GIVEN PRIOR TO SALE. Please be mindful of neighborhood parking and parking signs, mailboxes and driveways, Nostalgia is not responsible for parking tickets issued. Items red tagged “marked” (Sold) are considered sold. All Items piled or stacked on floor or at holding station must be purchased.
Be careful in the home. Nostalgia Antique Appraisal services, LLC is not responsible for any accidents that may occur on the property. Parents, guardians, and other adults with children are responsible for the children while on the property.
