This is a cash and CC pmts over 30.00 (.03 fee) only sale, no refunds, it is your responsibility to verify all items to be what you expect them to be, all sales are final. You will need to bring help to load large items. We are not responsible for any accidents. When attending any of our estate sales, you agree to enter at your own risk and hold harmless Our Next Sale LLC if any and all liability of every kind. Our Next Sale LLC is not responsible for you in any way, shape or form as result of you attending any of our sales. Again, enter at your own risk.
We do not quote prices over the phone or via email.
By entering our sale you consent to be video taped, premises has security camera's, no large hand bags, food or drinks.

$5.00 a bag of anything else.

We will provide the bags. You will need to provide your own paper for wrapping.
