RULES WHILE ON PROPERTY
:

*VERY IMPORTANT regarding parking the day of the sale: Please DO NOT come to the site of the sale prior to 7 am Eastern Time, we will not be ready to direct you for parking until 7 am. Getting here early will not allow you to shop first. Please respect this request.
*There is NO PARKING on the road, or beside the road (there are ditches) near the property. Please do not park in the road and block local traffic. You will be directed where to park beginning at 7 am. Please do not park on the grass in front of the treeline, we will be parking attendees in the back of the property, behind the buildings. Please do not park in our neighbor's driveway.
*IF you are handicapped and have difficulty walking PLEASE make sure that you LET US KNOW so that we can park you in a designated area.
*Toddlers & Young children are NOT allowed. Please do not bring them. This is a farm and for the safely of your children they will not be permitted to attend. Pre-teen and teens are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. Adults are responsible for behavior and any damage caused by minors.
*Dogs and other Pets are NOT permitted either in your vehicle nor on the property. No exceptions. There are horses, a mule, goats, chickens, dogs and cats on property. No one is permitted into fenced area with the equine. PLEASE leave any animals you might see alone or you will be asked to leave. The cats and dogs will not be loose while sale is taking place. If you have allergies to animals, please plan accordingly.
*The building is NOT air conditioned.
*There will be designated smoking areas. You are permitted to smoke ONLY in those areas. Please be courteous and dispose of your cigarette butts in trash bins provided, not on our grounds.
*We are not responsible for any injuries while you are on property. You will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to entering sale. We are not responsible for damage or theft of personal items or vehicle while on property.
*There will be a public restroom available. Please help to keep it clean and let us know if it needs cleaning or supplies. We will try to check it throughout the day but your help will be appreciated.
*You are welcome to bring your own food/cooler and eat on property and your own lawn chairs to sit in the yard while eating or waiting. We will not be able to provide chairs.
*These policies are subject to change at our discretion.


RULES FOR MAKING PURCHASES

*Everything must be paid for in full BEFORE you take items to your vehicle.
*No personal checks accepted so plan accordingly. CASH ONLY SALE.
*No refunds will be given so inspect your items carefully. Everything sold "as is where is" without warranty of any kind.
*ABSOLUTELY NO CARRYING ITEMS AROUND AND THEN PUTTING THEM BACK. IF YOU ARE UNSURE YOU WANT TO PURCHASE AN ITEM...THEN LEAVE IT ON TABLE. IT IS UNFAIR TO OTHER PEOPLE WHO ARE ALSO SHOPPING.
*Please be respectful to the collection and to other shoppers. No arguing or fighting over items. You will be asked to leave if you can not be courteous to others.
*Please bring some of your own boxes and packing material. We will have some on hand but you should plan as if we do not have any.

PAYMENTS FOR IN PERSON EVENT - Cash will be only accepted payment method.

DAY 1, Saturday June 4th Schedule

PREVIEW - walk through only, no sales from 7:30am - 9am



ENTRY - All those in attendance will have name entered for RANDOM Entry Drawing. So you don't have to worry about being the first name on the sign up sheets.

FIRST ROUND NAME DRAW - Begins at 9:05am - Names will be drawn randomly for entry. Another name will be drawn every 30 seconds. Everyone will be allowed to select 3 pieces for purchase during First Round. (This is to give everyone a fair chance at some of the more sought after pieces.)


SECOND NAME DRAW - Once everyone's name has been pulled and gone through for their first 3 selections, then the sale will open up to everyone to shop. We once again draw names and allow 10-15 people in at a time if necessary due to safety and space. We will continue to draw another 10 - 15 names as long as space is not congested. There will be NO limits on purchases for entry. All pieces sold at marked prices. No discounts.

SILENT AUCTIONS - We will have 5 Silent Auction Pieces. Lots will close every 30 minutes beginning at Noon and ending at 2pm.



RANDOM GIVEAWAYS for those in Attendance - We will draw names for a random give away every hour starting at 10am. You must be present to win. We will have 6 giveaways from 10am to 3pm. No purchase necessary to be included in the drawing.

BONUS GRAB BAGS for every $350 you spend you will receive one random grab bag. These will be wrapped and given in a "grab bag" style so you will have no idea what you are getting until you unwrap your bonus horse. Offered while supplies last.

DAY 2, Sunday, June 5th Schedule


DISCOUNT DAY - DISCOUNTS WILL BE CLEARLY MARKED ON DAY TWO.

Doors Open at 8am (No preview)

Names Drawn beginning at 8am for random for entry. Depending on the number of people, we will allow 10-15 people in at a time. There will be NO limits on purchases.

SILENT AUCTION - We will have 5 Silent Auction Pieces. Lots will close every 30 minutes from each other beginning at 10am and ending at Noon.

 RANDOM GIVEAWAYS for those in Attendance - We will draw a name for a random give away. You must be present to win. Every Hour starting at 9am...we will draw one name for a random give away. We will have 6 giveaways from 9am to 2pm. No purchase necessary to be included in the drawing.
