All fixtures, cabinets, doors, windows, ceiling fans, furnaces, appliances. if it is part of the home, it can be removed
All items are available for fair offers. Just because this is a demolition sale, we will not just give items away

All items must be removed by October 17th at latest. There will be no refunds and cannot extend pick up date
