********UPDATE: AS OF TUESDAY JAN. 24th~~We are still very busy trying to finalize everything so we’re probably not going to be able to answer too many questions at this time.  I apologize in advance for this.  We will put a sign up sheet out in a plastic bin at the end of the driveway, by 4 pm Tuesday.  Those that sign up will be called in first at the opening of the sale, in the order of sign up.  We will be asking that everyone either wear the boot covers that we have provided or please remove your shoes at the door.  
As far as the JUKEBOX goes….IT does run, we had it on, lights worked, mechanisms worked BUT, it started to smell HOT so we immediately turned it off.  We have a video of it running.  We have keys, extra needle, extra tubes, and the records of who worked on it through the years to keep it running.  It’s in very good condition for it’s age.  It will be sold AS IS.  We WILL NOT HELP to LOAD (sorry, we don’t have good backs).  We have a price but obviously, we will take the highest offer.  Asking Price is $4,800 OBO.  
*****Please, please, please, know that we try to do our best at pricing in order to give our customers good deals AND to get a fair amount for the family that hired us!  Most of our customers know that we do make deals, especially if you’re buying in bulk..  We generally price half the amount of internet site selling (sold & completed) prices.  If you feel that we are out of our minds on something….just talk to us, (hey, we’re human and it’s possible that we could be wrong on something)  We don’t necessarily have “discount days”.  Our deals just get even BETTER on Saturday and Sunday.  Thank you for your business…WE APPRECIATE YOU!

There is a LOT of men & women’s clothing…very nice clothing!  The ladies clothing is mainly small & medium.  The menswear is mainly large & xtra large.  

(There are definitely duplicate pictures but…there is a lot to see here!  Plus, we try to take more pictures as we rearrange and organize better.  We try to make it easier to see and shop from different angles)

This is a beautiful property!  A nature and historical area with views that are breathtaking!  Lot’s of fun finds to see here (besides the breathtaking view of the countryside).  Approximately 2600 sq. Ft plus a garage to “shop” around.  We will be asking that you wear protective boot covers or to please remove your shoes upon entering the home.
