Credit Card, Venmo, Pay Pal and Cash App are also accepted with purchases made over $10.00. There is a $1.00 transaction fee for all credit card purchases.
No pre sales.
Home owner, nor estate liquidator can be held responsible for any accidents, or injuries while visiting said premises. Please watch your step at all times. Please be courteous of others and their space. No large bags allowed into the sale. All children must be supervised by an adult when entering. Children will not be allowed inside without an adult. Please arrive no later than 2 pm the final day of the estate sale in order to pick up large purchases. When purchasing large items we recommend that you please bring additional assistance for the moving and loading your purchased items.

Plastic storage bins/ tubs/totes, shelving units, moving dollies, carts, jewelery displays, nor wicker baskets are for sale.

If looking to buy in bulk, please bring additional boxes for packing. Please bring additional help for moving õf large items. Staff can assist to some extent but not required to.

All sales are final. No Returns. Please check your bags prior to leaving.

Please Do Not Block or, park in any of the neighbors driveways.

First customer to arrive is responsible to pass out numbers.
