We accept cash, checks, credit/debit cards, Venmo & PayPal.
**Please make all checks payable to Mid-Michigan Estates and bring a valid ID.
We accept phone sales on all items; call our company for more information. MME ships merchandise securely; buyer will be charged calculated shipping cost and be required to pay full asking price at time of purchase. Tracking information is always provided.
Manpower is required for all heavy/bulky purchases; it is your responsibility to move heavy merchandise off premises. Please bring help to load large items and use cation not to scuff walls or damage floors.
Our team is vaccinated; do not attend our sale if you currently have any Covid-19 symptoms or if you have been exposed to the virus. We are counting on you to keep yourself and others safe.
Mid-Michigan Estates is not responsible for accidents, injury or theft on property. Please use caution and personal discretion while attending our event. Lock your vehicle & supervise your purchases.
The sale will begin fully priced on Thursday. Friday will be 25% off of marked priced. Saturday will be 50% off and Sunday will be 75% off of marked priced. Some items may be excluded from the discount policy including coins, gold and sterling.
We do not sell merchandise before the sale starts.
Early Registration will open @ 6pm on Wednesday September 15th. A sign-in sheet will be located outside the home and clearly marked. You may also sign-up by phone if you are traveling a long distance away. We will do our best to add your name to the list in the order received.
- In numerical order legibly print your first name and last initial on the roster. If you are signing up for more than one person, include each name separately on the form provided.
