Important Info- The House had been empty for some time. There is no running water. Any item found in it is original box has remained unopened. All fabric and sewing, yarn, patterns and crafts are in the basement. Fortunately, the basement is very dry with no mold or mildew odors. Also, this is a smoke free house. Fabric will be sold by the piece with a discount for multiple piece buys. All fabric remaining for the second weekend will be reduced further.
