THIS IS A ONE -DAY SALE ONLY . Nostalgia Estate sales are always conducted with our customers in mind. There are procedures we follow to ensure a positive experience: All Sales Final. Only our numbers honored 1 hour prior to sale when needed. First come first serve only. Doors open at specified time. Cash, Visa/MC/Disc/Amex/ accepted (a service fee will apply to all charges ) No Refunds, Exchanges, Guarantees or Warranties. Please check all items before purchase. Enter residence at your own risk.

ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY 2 PM the last day of the sale. We are not responsible for any item(s) left on the premises. The staff of Nostalgia do not assist customers in moving items. Please arrange for your own assistance. Nostalgia can recommend moving companies, if needed. NO PRICING WILL BE GIVEN PRIOR TO SALE. Again be mindful of neighborhood parking and parking signs, mailboxes and driveway. Nostalgia is not responsible for parking tickets issued. Items red tagged “marked” (Sold) are considered sold. All Items piled or stacked on floor or at holding station, or placed on the checkout desk, must be purchased.
YOU WILL BE SUPPLIED WITH SHOE COVERS AT THIS SALE TO PROTECT THE CARPET WHEN APPLICABLE.
Be careful in the home and watch your step. Nostalgia Antique Appraisal services, LLC is not responsible for any accidents that may occur on the property. Parents, guardians, and other adults with children are responsible for the children while on the property.
