This sale has plenty of Mid Century Modern furniture both the interior and exterior of the home.

It is very rare that we do pre sales, however at the request of the Estate, we are able to pre sell the Aliner camper and the kayak, so when they do sell, if they sell, prior to the sale, then we will delete those pictures, and as such, remove any reference to them at all.  *******  THE A-LINER CAMPER AND THE KAYAK HAVE BOTH BEEN PRESOLD **********

This Farmington sale is going to be one for the record books.  The home and the contents are amazing.  Nothing but good vibes, good Karma, and good Juju!!! We have two days on this sale, which works absolutely perfectly for this home.  The items that we have are outstanding, and limited. This may not be a packed sale, but it is packed with all kinds of wonderful finds. And yes we have tools tool, lots and lots of tools.  Just so you know the A-Liner camper and the kayak have both been sold.

This is also just a two day sale, not our typical venue, but for this sale, it fits perfectly.  Please bring help to carry items out of the home, as we do not have the ability to assist, with the moving of those items.

Other than that we got everything from soup to nuts at this sale.  I mean we actually are not selling soup, or nuts, but we have a wide variety of funky, fun, cool, outstanding, and clean items.

Outside we have a good amount of seating chairs, bench, a nice zero gravity chair, and one of those amazing, I never have enough storage, storage sheds.

We also have a nice collection of gas cans, the good kind, that do not require the assistance of 7 people to open the pour spout.

Tools, a wide variety of them, a nice tall tool chest, lawn mower, ladders, and in the garage, a working spare refrigerator.

Again, Mid Century Modern furniture, nice kitchen table and chair set, pair of wonderful chairs as well.

Sofa, loveseat, an ottoman.  Live plants, and a very very nice plant stand to two as well.  Clocks, TV's and electronics too.  A very nice rare, stand globe.

Storage cubes, and racks in all the fun lively colors, for all your storage and safekeeping needs.  Office tables, and desks, and a very nice, what probably could be used as a drafting table as well.

Bookcases too.  Craft and office supplies, office furniture and equipment as well.

Pro Form Treadmill, in outstanding condition.  Clean comfortable beds and pillows as well.  Nice selection of Kitchen items.

This clean and smoke free home, is simply remarkable, with all that it has to offer.  You certainly will not be disappointed in this sale.
