You know we have to get the rules out of the way before we get onto the fun things, so here we go:

1)  There is NO PUBLIC RESTROOM available at this sale, please plan accordingly.

2)  Certain areas of the house will be closed off to the public.  So please pay attention to the signs.  If the sign says DO NOT ENTER NOTHING FOR SALE IN THIS AREA, please leave the door closed.  Let's not make this weird.

3)  You will be responsible for the removal of all items from the home, including furniture.  Should you require assistance please bring help with you to move items out of the house.  But sorry at this sale, we do not have any personnel that is going to be able to carry items out of the house.

4)  This is going to be a simply remarkable Estate Sale, and we are excited to bring it to you.

5)  Please be respectful of the pricing, we price items to sell.  We do discounts, according to what the Estate wants, again please respect the Estates decision, and the fact that we are under contract with the Estate.  If you continue to pressure us for additional discounts, above what is advertised, your items will be returned to the sales floor.

6)  Any altering of prices, for example, removing or switching price tags, will result in criminal prosecution.

 

 

Wow, do we have a sale for you!!!  This sale is packed, from floor to ceiling, corner to corner, and wall to wall.  Very clean home that is smoke free and pet free, with lots and lots and lots of treasures waiting for you to find.   This one is going to be simply amazing!!!  With so much to offer and so much to see, this one is going to make all the other sales jealous.

What we have here, is simply remarkable.  We have a PACKED house, garage, basement, and both living levels.  Oh and the house is going to be for sale too, so please inquire within.  We have so much to offer at this sale.

From tools, to toolboxes, sanders, and planers, to grinders, to snowblowers, the basement and the garage are simply treasure troves waiting to be explored.  Basement and Garage, are packed with all kinds of tools, equipment, and gadgets. 

From freezers to furniture, the home is packed with all kinds of items, treasures and collectibles.  We have modern, and vintage books by the volumes.

We do have some great pieces of furniture too, all in great condition.  Lamps and artwork are all over the house.  Collectibles too.  Department 56 and more!!!

A very large collection of The Carnegie Hall Library of Classical Music.  Boyd's Bears, and Boyd's collectible dolls as well.

This sale is going to be huge, and with the amount of items that we have to offer, there is simply something here for everyone.  Part of this sale is going to be a little bit of treasure hunt as well, some items may or may not be priced.  Items may be also bought in bulk, and pricing may vary.  We are very fair when it comes to pricing, so DO NOT take advantage of your good nature.
