We do not quote prices for items over the phone or by email. All sales are final. No returns. Items sold as is, where is. It is your responsibility to verify all items to be what you expect them to be. No Hoarding. You buy what you pile or buy nothing. Inventory and hours are SUBJECT TO CHANGE. A sale is finalized when the buyer says that they are buying a particular item to a crew member of Americana and that item is paid for. When attending any of our estate sales, you agree to enter at your own risk and hold harmless Americana Estate Sale Inc. of any and all liability of every kind. Americana Estate Sales Inc. is not responsible for you in any way, shape or form as a result of your attending any of our sales. Americana is not responsible for non functioning items you purchase. We do not give out street numbers. Dealers may pass out their own numbers.
By entering any of our sales you consent to be video taped inherently. All our sales now have hidden video surveillance cameras. No Food Or Drinks inside the sale. We are NOT responsible for your purchases. Items that are left behind after purchased, and not picked up before the end of the sale will be donated.
