STEVENS HOTEL Sale

The historical Stevens Hotel in downtown Fennville, Michigan which has been under the care of just two families for the past 111 years, has been sold. The new owners are planning major renovations with the intention to preserve history. And in the process, it has been determined it's best to sell much of the unneeded furnishings, decor, and an original Duck Pin Bowling alley. The sale encompasses the original hotel furnishings, some fixtures and appliances including architectural  and mechanical items. The furniture is original to the hotel, the decor is eclectic and the sale covers all genres. $3.00 entrance fee collected at the door will be deducted from purchases. Come and get a piece of history and tour the hotel, bar and restaurant.
