ALL SALES FINAL! We do not quote prices for items over the phone or by email. No returns. Items sold as is, where is. Prices and inventory are subject to change. Americana has the right to refuse the sale of any item for any reason. It is your responsibility to verify all items to be what you expect them to be. No Hoarding. You buy what you pile or buy nothing. Hours are SUBJECT TO CHANGE. A sale is finalized when the buyer says that they are buying a particular item to a crew member of Americana and that item is paid for. When attending any of our estate sales, you agree to enter at your own risk and hold harmless Americana Estate Sale Inc. of any and all liability of every kind. Americana Estate Sales Inc. is not responsible for you in any way, shape or form as a result of your attending any of our sales. Americana is not responsible for non functioning items you purchase. Street Numbers will be honored. We do not give out or exchange street numbers. The number of people allowed to enter our sales at any given time is determined by the size of the house. By entering any of our sales you consent to be videotaped inherently. All our sales now have hidden video surveillance cameras. No Food Or Drinks inside the sale. We are NOT responsible for your purchases. Items that are left behind after purchased, and not picked up before the end of the sale will be donated.
