Bring help to load large items, you will be responsible for moving all purchases made and also be responsible for any damages, accidents, or injuries caused by moving your purchased items. We do offer moving services at special rates if you need assistance.
This sale contains many valuable items, so please be careful, We do not recommend bringing children to this sale unless completely supervised. You will be responsible for any items you break.
You enter our sale at your own risk, Estate Discounts is not responsible for any personal injuries while on the grounds during our sales, thank you for understanding.
Parking can be along the road. Please do not block any driveways or mailboxes and please stay off the grass/front lawns, grass/sod is very soft this time of year.
All sales are final, there will be no returns or refunds allowed, so review all items carefully before you purchase them.

This sale does not allow for any type of shoes to be worn inside the premises. booties will be provided while they last , or bring your own clean socks or booties please.

We just added new pictures!
This is a unique double sale. There will be the usual home good items such as : furniture, housewares, Lamps, paintings, sculptures, and more.
We are also selling the house so there is a “Open House” on same day. Look at some of the pictures!
This house sits on a double lot right near downtown Ferndale. Wood floors, just refinished, it’s move in ready. It also has a two car garage with a room upstairs perfect for the artist, home business, or guest room if needed.
We had an Estate Sale last Month at this house and sold most of the items, however for this sale we will be bringing in additional items such as; MCM furniture and Art pieces, look at the pictures which will just posted.
