Welcome to Our Estate Sale:
*Cash only
*Please, no oversize coats, or large bags allowed. If needed we can provide paper to wrap glasses. Plastic bags/ boxes are provided.
*No valuables onsite.

For your convenience, general parking is provided in our adjacent lot. We have very limited on-site space, which is reserved for visitors with a valid handicap permit. Street parking is also available.
The estate sale is restricted to the specific, marked sale area. All other sections of the property, including the buildings and grounds, are private. Please do not enter non-sale or non-parking areas, as this is considered trespassing
This is a smaller space and will need to limit the number of people at one time. Entry will be on a first come, first served basis. Shoppers will be admitted in the order they arrive for the sale opening Entry will be at the side door only.

For the safety and security of our business, outdoor area is under video surveillance. Please be aware that no audio is being recorded.

By entering the premises for the estate sale and using the designated parking areas, you agree to assume all risks of injury or property damage. You release all property owners and agents from any liability for any harm sustained on these properties.

If purchasing large items please make sure to bring help to disassemble and load items. Large or heavy items may be moved during the sale. If not in the way of others. If time is not convenient a deposit will be taken for pickup within the same day or an agreed upon time Please exercise caution. Owners and Agents are not responsible for injuries caused by items being moved or handled on any and all premises. Deposit will be taken for pickup at a later time within the same day or an agreed upon time.

*All children must be supervised by an adult. This includes areas with glass, heavy items, and electronics."

All items are sold as-is and all sales are final, with no warranties or guarantees made by their owners; buyers should inspect items carefully before purchase, as the sellers our not responsible for them once they leave the premises. We try our best to make known of working items. Items will be marked.

And please no solicitation of property we are Just having a sale here instead of our home.
