Terms: We accept cash, debit/credit cards (3.5% processing fee will be added to all debit/credit) 10% buyers premium will be added to total sales. All items are sold “as is, where is” with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. All purchases must be paid in full day of sale.

Witherspoon Barn Live Auction Saturday September 14th - Bidding starts at 10:00 am

Preview and registration will be Saturday September 14th starting at 8:00 am.

Corner of Dort Hwy and Carpenter Road, Flint

Everything in the barn will be for auction including the barn (The barn is Appox 72ft long 60ft wide and Appox 70ft tall with 4 stories). Winning bidder of the barn will have 2 month to tear down and remove.

30 plus years of collections most items came from Georgia. Barn roof is in bad shape, so lets hope we will have good weather if not bring your rain gear.
