There will be a sign-up sheet available at 5 pm
the night before at the mailbox in a plastic bin (please do not knock on house door to disturb the family occupant) , we will give those on the sign-up sheet first in and in order of sign-up.

This home, is ready to shop, bring your boxes and wrap! The house is open and there will be stairs. Items are spread out throughout the property.

Parking As Directed Only!
You may park on the sides of the road but please leave the driveway clear so that others can pull in to load, or leave if they need to.
Do Not Block Driveways
Receipts For Items Will Be Checked Upon Leaving Property. We will have attendants and cameras on the property, you will need to pay for your house finds at the cash register in the garage and you can drive back to load your items once you have your paid receipt to show to the attendant’s.
Please bring wrap and boxes.

Bring Help to Load Large Items …We won’t be able to help you load.
No Large Purses Please (bring just your wallet/money in)

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:  THIS IS A 5 DAY SALE—WEDNESDAY May 11th  thru SUNDAY May 15th. This site only allows for advertising 4 consecutive days at a time.  Once WEDNESDAY May 11th is over then SUNDAY May 15th will be added.   We utilize 5 consecutive days in order to compensate for limited parking, the possibility of inclement weather, rural areas, and excessively large amounts of estate sale items that need to be cleared out!

Sunday—added:

This is (as the name of the sale describes) a giant collection of unique memorabilia, cool “trinkets & trash”, awesome automotive decor, fine garage art, distinguished man cave collectibles, fantastic auto mechanic gifts, and interesting Father’s Day gifts from a gentleman that was employed as an original Sales & Marketing Director for AC Spark Plug.  He was responsible for the initial  “embedding” of AC Spark Plug into Nascar and Indy Car all those years ago!  He had met ALL of the greats!  There’s a lot of history here to see…historic Nascar, Indy, AC,  and Flint!  Race fans, get ready to START your engines and get here on the first day!  
We will keep adding photos and descriptions over the course of this week.  There is a ton here and there are duplicates of many items.  Descriptions will go on the photos.  Thanks and see you all soon!
