We accept cash, all major credit cards and checks with valid drivers license, current address and phone number. CASH or CREDIT CARD ONLY for total purchases over $299.
ALL items are considered used and sold AS IS; sorry, because this is not a store and this is not our inventory there are no returns or refunds.
MUST bring help to carry heavy items. No exceptions, as our Workman’s Comp. insurance does not allow us to lift items over 20lbs. Items must be picked up no later than 1pm on the final day of the sale.
MUST Sign-In ON OFFICIAL FORESTER SHEET, PLEASE NO TRANSFER OF NAMES, OR WRITING IN SOMEONE ELSE'S NAME. We cannot honor a sign-in sheet created by someone outside of our company. Thank you.
Sign-In Times: Day one @ 7:30am, Day two @ 8:00am, and day three 9:30am when applicable.
Due to the number of emails we receive as well as the large inventory in our estates, we are unable to quote prices prior to the sale. Thank you for understanding.
OFFER/BID POLICY: You may leave a written offer on items over $100 of at least 60% of original price on the first day of the sale. If your offer is the highest, it will be marked sold and you will be notified that evening and required to pay and pick up the next day before 1 pm.

We have had sooooo much frickin chicken FUN in Frankenmuth lately!! If you have not attended a FORESTER FRANKENMUTH sale, you have got to come out and see for yourself why people are making the drive. My favorite estates are the ones that have a little bit of everything. New Knife collection, absolutely monstrous nascar collection, newer trading card collection, super nice bedroom furniture, living room furniture, dining furniture, full kitchen, full basement, full garage, every room is full top to bottom.
This estate reflects how fun this family is and you will feel it once you walk in and start shopping. We had a recent customer stand and just watch my team work one weekend with really strange look on her face. She approached the cashier and said with a straight face, "I have never seen so many people have such a good time while they work." Well folks, that's who we are, I love and respect my team and how hard they work, and I do my best to make surethey know it. In turn they love and respect our customers and clients and have fun doing it!
