*We make every effort to have items that are pictured available. However, we do not own the items, therefore we are subject to the owner's ultimate actions as it relates to availability.
*A sign-in sheet will be available to early-birds before the sale.
*Please plan accordingly before making large item purchases, including assistance removing items from home. Payment is expected prior to removal of any item from premises.
*We accept cash, credit and debit cards, 3% transaction fee on all card purchases, NO CHECKS.
