All Merchandise is sold AS IS, so please check carefully. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We accept cash, Visa, Discover, MasterCard & American Express credit cards on purchases $100 and above.

Nostalgia Antique Appraisal Services, LLC do not assist in moving items. Please arrange your own assistance to help move large items. We can refer a moving company, if needed. All items must be removed from premises by 2PM THE LAST DAY OF SALE..

Please be mindful of neighborhood parking and parking signs . Nostalgia Antique Appraisal Services, LLC is not responsible for parking tickets issued. DO NOT BLOCK GARAGE AREA, CARS OR MAILBOXES. BE CONSIDERATE OF NEIGHBORING PROPERTY.

Parents, Guardians, and other adults with children are responsible for the children while on the property. WE HAND OUT OUR OWN NUMBERS 1 HOUR BEFORE SALE. WE DO NOT QUOTE PRICES PRIOR TO SALE.
