We are not responsible for accidents of any kind. You enter the property at your own risk.
We are accepting cash only at this sale.
Please park responsibly we are not liable for your vehicle.
Prices of items will not be posted prior to the sale, there will be no holds or early entry.
As always only the official K.R.S signup sheet(s) will be honored. It goes out 30 min prior to doors opening. (Any and all street numbers do not count.)
NO food, drinks, large bags/purses/backpacks, or groups of children will be allowed in the sales!

And remember life's to short to be in a bad mood so don't bring that here either.

We are hosting a packed estate sale in Freeland, MI. This quaint town home is full of great finds! The main level, basement, garage are full. We will have items linning the driveway. Keep an eye our for our signs leading you in, this sale is located behind Pat’s grocery store in Freeland.

Please bring help to load large items.

The sign-up sheet will be out a half hour before we open each day.

Thursday 9:00am – 5:00pm ~ Full Price

Friday 9:00am – 3:00pm ~ Deals Day
