Buyer is responsible for removing purchased items during posted pickup hours; bring proper help, tools, packing materials, and vehicles for large or heavy items. Estates by Vern and the homeowner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, lost items, or damage after purchase. We reserve the right to limit entry, adjust pricing, correct errors, and remove items from the sale as needed. Specific sale-day hours, sign-up sheet details, discount schedules, and pickup instructions will be listed on each individual sale.

Vintage character, practical finds, and plenty to explore! Join Estates by Vern in Fruitport for three days of shopping through a packed house and attached garage. From furniture and sewing pieces to Pepsi collectibles, kitchenware, appliances, and garage finds, this sale brings together a little nostalgia and a lot of everyday usefulness.

Friday, September 18: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

• Drexel Profile four-piece furniture grouping, including dressers, mirror, and bookcase headboard

• Bassett display hutch and a Larkin secretary

• Vintage ornate full bed and dovetailed dresser, wooden vanity with bench, and tall dresser
