Huge early spring estate sale in Gaylord Michigan, immaculate house and large garage are full. Sale dates are Friday 3/26 through Sunday 3/28. Location to be posted just prior to the sale. See notes on guns below. Sale highlights below:
• Gun's and ammunition – Handguns, rifle, ammunition includes; .45, 38 Special, 380, 30/30 and 12 & 20 gauge shotgun, knives and gun cabinets.
• Mechanics garage – Power & hand tools, auto maintenance/repair, pneumatic lifts and more.
• Lawn maintenance – 17HP 42” Riding lawn mower, push mowers, gas blower, weed whip & hedge trimmers, electric and hand tools.
• Outdoors – Viza gas scooter, vintage Schwinn bike, lawn furniture, propane grill and ornaments.
• Kitchen – China, glasses, Oneida flat wear, small appliances including coffee makers (3), Hamilton Beach grill and toaster, Osterizer blender, bar stools, table & chairs, china w/buffet.
• Living room – Black vinyl sofa, recliner, upholstered chairs, Drexel Heritage sofa & loveseat, futon, tables, glass shelf.
• Bedrooms – King size dual adjustamatic bed with Simmons mattress and foundations, king size Tempurpedic mattress and foundation, night stands.
• Electronics – 42” Toshiba Plasma TV, Sony theater system, Yamaha receiver and sub-woofer, Polk audio speakers, DVD players, TV’s (7), VHS/DVD player, satellite system (Direct TV), High end surge protection, audio/video wires and components, power strips.
• 300 plus DVD’s, some are unopened, 200 plus CD’s.
• Other – Edenpure portable heaters (2), Dimplex electric fireplace w/oak mantle, weather stations, portable radios, clocks, vacuum & carpet cleaners, portable air conditioner, humidifier, bedding and linens and general household items.

Attention concealed weapons permit holders, we will still require a purchase permit for handguns, if a handgun is purchased during the sale, we will require a deposit to hold the gun and complete the transaction during the first couple days of the following week after a purchase permit has been acquired.
