Terms and Conditions:
Cash is the preferred method of payment. Credit cards can be accepted. No personal checks accepted and no $100 bills accepted.
Your payment constitutes your acceptance of the item and the condition. There will be no returns or warranties on any items. All items are sold as is, where is.
No early sales or pricing quotes given.
Not responsible for accidents, lost, or damaged items left unattended after purchase. Please bring your own help to load heavy or oversized items. All purchased items must be removed from property at the end of the sale.
Property owner and staff are not responsible for any accidents. No public restrooms available on site, please plan accordingly.
This is an OUTDOOR SALE ONLY to allow for current State Requirements. Please follow all local practices for social distancing.
Plenty of field (off the road) parking. Follow signs for directions.
