• This is an online auction only. There will be no in-person shopping.

• All bids are final and binding. Winning bidders are responsible for paying for and collecting all items they purchase.

• All items are sold as-is and where-is. Please review all photographs, descriptions, dimensions, and available information carefully before bidding. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or warranties will be provided.

• Accepted payment methods are cash, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment must be completed before items are removed from the property.

• Items must be picked up during the scheduled pickup date and time. Please do not bid unless you are available to collect your purchases during the designated pickup period.

• Winning bidders must bring sufficient help, tools, packing materials, and an appropriately sized vehicle. Caring Transitions staff cannot assist with moving or loading large or heavy items.

• Shipping and delivery are not available unless specifically stated in an individual listing.

• Items not collected during the scheduled pickup period may be considered forfeited unless prior arrangements have been approved.
