Numbers will be issued Monday morning BY 8:00 a.m. to those waiting in line. I will honor one sign-up sheet. Everything sold on a first-come, first-served basis. ALL SALES FINAL. Everything is sold "AS IS", and "WHERE IS". So, bring muscle to remove heavy objects (we cannot help).

The Home Owner has asked that shoes be removed inside the home. Thank you!

We will be CLOSED from 1:00 - 1:30 pm on Tuesday.

Items are to be removed during regular sale hours, unless special arrangements are made. We are not responsible for accidents.

Payment options include cash, good LOCAL check (with ID), and major credit cards. There is no surcharge for using a credit card. We only accept local checks from established customers. Thank you. NO EARLY SALES. Everything sold first-come, first-served. Announcements the day of the sale will take precedence over written notices.
