NOTE: Gold Jewelry and Watches will not be on premises until sale. A guard will be on duty during the sale.

Numbers will be issued the first day of the sale by 8:00 a.m. to those waiting in line. We will honor one sign-up sheet. Those who have signed the sign-up sheet are expected to remain near the premises until numbers are issued. Everything sold on a first-come, first-served basis. ALL SALES FINAL. Everything is sold "AS IS", and "WHERE IS". So, bring muscle to remove heavy objects (we cannot help). Items are to be removed during regular sale hours, unless special arrangements are made. We are not responsible for accidents.. No early sales.

We DO NOT GUARANTEE the working order of Clocks, Watches, Music Boxes, or Automaton.

Payment options include cash, good LOCAL check (with ID), and major credit cards. There is no surcharge for using a credit card. We only accept local checks from established customers. Thank you. You may recall we conducted an estate tag sale for Dr. Richard Huntley last October after he had moved from his Norton Shores, Michigan home.  He downsized to a home in Grand Haven, and took all his favorite treasures with him.  Sadly, he was only in that home for a matter of weeks before he passed away on December 1, 2016.

Therefore, this sale will be to sell all those favorite items he brought with him to his Grand Haven, Michigan residence:
