Gold and silver will not be on premises until sale day.

Numbers will be issued, Tuesday, the first day of the sale by 8:00 a.m. to those waiting in line. We will honor one sign-up sheet. Those who have signed the sign-up sheet are expected to remain near the premises until numbers are issued.

Everything sold on a first-come, first-served basis. ALL SALES FINAL. Everything is sold "AS IS", and "WHERE IS". So, bring muscle to remove heavy objects (we cannot help). Items are to be removed during regular sale hours, unless special arrangements are made. We are not responsible for accidents.

We will be closed from 1:00 - 1:30 on Wednesday (Second day of the sale).

Payment options include cash, and major credit cards (VISA, Discover, MasterCard, American Express). There is no surcharge for using a credit card. We only accept local checks from established customers. Thank you. NO EARLY SALES. Everything sold first-come, first-served. Announcements the day of the sale will take precedence over written notices posted here and elsewhere.

We regret that we cannot disclose prices on items prior to the sale. Requests for pricing information will not receive a reply due to the volume of items for sale. Thank you.

This sale is for David & Judy Nelson who are selling this home, and moving.  If you have been attending E'Leet Estate Sales for some time, you'll remember Judy as the woman who clerked my sales for many years.  Most recently, she has assisted at some of our sales as a salesperson.  We will miss her!
