Numbers will be issued by 8 a.m. the first morning of the sale. We will honor ONE sign-up sheet. People signing the sign-up sheet MUST remain in the area (in their parked cars) until the numbers are issued. That means everyone! The sign up sheet simply eliminates the need to physically stand in line at the door.

Announcements the day of the sale take precedence over written materials.

ALL SHOES must be removed, per home owner's request. Thank you for your cooperation!

Sale closed from 3:00 to 3:30 for price reduction.

All items sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

All items Sold AS IS, WHERE IS. Bring muscle for heavy items. We cannot help load heavy items.

Payment options include cash, and major credit cards (VISA, Discover, MasterCard, American Express). There is no surcharge for using a credit card. We only accept local checks from established customers. Thank you. NO EARLY SALES. Everything sold first-come, first-served. Announcements the day of the sale will take precedence over written notices posted here and elsewhere.

We regret that we cannot disclose prices on items prior to the sale. Requests for pricing information will not receive a reply due to the volume of items for sale. Thank you.
