NUMBERS: We may honor one sign-up sheet, if there are no 'issues' with that sheet. Once you sign, you must remain in the area until numbers are issued. Numbers will be issued no later than 8:00 a.m. the first morning (Wednesday) of the sale.

Due to the size of the home, only the first 20 customers will be allowed to enter the sale when it opens on Wednesday. Additional customers will be allowed to enter as they can be accommodated. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Looking forward to seeing you there!

All items are FULL PRICE all day Wednesday. Prices for unsold items on Thursday will be reduced by 1/3 when we open at 9:00 a.m. We will close on Thursday from 1:00 - 1:30. Items remaining unsold after 1:30 on Thursday will be 1/2 off the marked prices.

NOTE: Due to the volume of items, we regret that we cannot disclose prices on items prior to the sale. Requests for pricing information will not receive a reply. Thank you for understanding.
