Sunday is 1/2 off day!!!! The house is still a pathway!!!! Lots to sell, going to be some awesome deals!
We are EXTREMELY appreciative of all who attended the sale.
When the doors open at 9:00 AM Friday Morning, we are ready to sell! We can help load large pieces.
This is a fun old fashioned estate and quality sale!

This is the first of a two part sale here, there is a massive amount! Please check back for additional pictures.

Sign up list and number distribution by us will be available close to 8:00 AM (could be as early as 7:30). If there is a line early I will put the sheet out as early as I can. We will only recognize OUR sign up sheet. YOU MUST BE PRESENT WHEN WE HAND OUT SIGN UP NUMBERS IN ORDER TO RECEIVE OUR NUMBER. WE WILL ISSUE AN ENTRY NUMBER ONCE YOU SIGN UP AND THEN ARE FREE TO HANG OUT IN YOUR CAR OR LEAVE UNTIL 9:00 AM. Promptly at 9:00 AM, we will call numbers. We will let the first 5 customers in and then allow two more in every minute after that until the sign up list is exhausted. We appreciate your attendance. Announcements made the day of sale take precedence over all printed material.

If you pick up and carry an item, you bought the item. This is a liquidation and we do not want others to lose an item that you are "thinking" about while you carry it around. Have had this happen at many sales lately, so we are instituting this new policy as a way to ensure that everyone has a fair opportunity at purchasing what they want.

Cash, check, credit cards accepted with 3% convenience fee. We have help onsite to load larger pieces.
